Youth Mobility Scheme will take Brexit brakes off young Brits’ futures

It has been reported today that the Government is willing to discuss a reciprocal Youth Mobility Scheme with the EU.

A reciprocal EU-UK Youth Mobility Scheme is one of 114 recommendations published by the cross-party UK Trade and Business Commission last year and advocated by Best for Britain.

Recent polling by Best for Britain shows that a strong majority of British people (59%) are in favour of such a scheme.

Naomi Smith, CEO of Best for Britain said,

“A youth mobility scheme will not only take the Brexit brakes off young Brits’ futures, it will show the EU that once again, the U.K. is open for business.

“Our polling shows this policy is popular across the country. Voters know it is good for society and the economy.”
