Pets at Home has said it is considering spending an extra £8m stockpiling products in case of a no-deal Brexit.
Commenting, Best for Britain spokesperson Paul Butters said:
"The government really have made a dog's dinner of Brexit.
"Theresa May is still trying to get her deal through by a whisker, but she's barking up the wrong tree. In the end we just keep going around in circles like a hamster on a wheel.
"The only people who will be left feeling ruff are the pet-loving British public."
