Tell your MP it's time to break the deadlock
Send a message to your MP. We need to make a big impact when MPs come back after Christmas.
Events will move quickly and your MP should start the year with a full inbox. Add your signature to this letter and we will send it to your MP with your name, address and email address when Parliament returns in the New Year.
Dear My MP,
I am your constituent and I am deeply concerned by the direction Brexit is heading in. When parliament votes on Brexit, I urge you to reject any deal that leaves us worse off than our current one with the EU, and to support a final say for the people with the option to stay in the EU.
No shade of Brexit meets the deep concerns of many businesses and unions, particularly those representing the services sector, accounting for 80 per cent of our economy. No one voted for any deal which actually hands over our sovereignty, making the UK a rule taker rather than a rule maker.
It is the opposite of taking back control.
There is no version of Brexit that gives us the same security, influence and benefits as the current deal we have as an EU member. I do not want to be left with no voice, no vote and no veto. I urge you to read this analysis of the so-called 'Norway option': https://www.bestforbritain.org/eea
The government is in chaos.
Parliament is deadlocked. A majority of people want the final say and two thirds of constituencies in Great Britain now support staying in Europe, with 193 constituencies changing their minds since 2016. See the full data at https://www.bestforbritain.org/brexit-shift-2
I would appreciate it if you could answer the following questions so I can understand your position on this important matter:
1. Will you vote against a Brexit deal that leaves us worse off?
2. Do you support giving the people the final say on the Brexit deal, with the option to stay in the EU?
Please understand the strength of my feeling on this issue.
I urge you to vote against Brexit when it comes before Parliament and to support the people having the final say with the option to stay in Europe.
Yours Sincerely,
My Name
